Travel to Eden festival 2012:

Nestled near Moffat on the beautiful Raehills meadows Eden is just over an hours drive from Glasgow or Edinburgh and 40 mins from Carlisle.

The gates of Eden will be much more accessible this year only eight miles from the M74, north bound and south bound motorway traffic should exit at Moffat and follow AA signs to the festival site heading towards Dumfries along the A701.

All Buses from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Dumfries pass by the site and there is a regular service from both cities to Dumfries daily, there is a bus stop within walking distance of the gates of Eden .

Dumfries is the nearest Rail station and has excellent links from Glasgow, Newcastle and Carlisle. If travelling by train ... checkout www.altruist.org.uk and at least a little of your money goes to a good cause ...

Buses from Dumfries to Moffat are hourly and go past the site.

Taxis from Dumfries are plentiful and reasonably priced, there will be a drop off point at the ticket office for folks arriving by taxi.
