Please note that purchase of this ticket signifies your agreement to the following:

This ticket is for a Festival and not for one specific artist. Although the organisers will always endeavour to present the bill as advertised the line up of artists can not be guaranteed. Cancellations do sometimes happen due to illness or other reasons.

Published times may also be affected and Festivals can not be guaranteed to finish exactly on time. Should one or more artists be cancelled the festival will go ahead as normal. Please be aware that refunds will not be given in these circumstances. No money will be refunded or tickets cancelled or exchanged, unless the event is completely cancelled, when only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

CANCELLATION - In the event of TOTAL cancellation, full refunds will be given on production of receipted ticket stub as proof of purchase. No refunds will be given without proof of purchase of ticket. NB Booking fees cannot be refunded.

You use the car park at your own risk and enter the festival site at your own risk.

You consent to filming and sound recording as a member of the audience.

No cameras or recording device of any kind allowed in the auditorium/arena

No weapons..

Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission for inappropriate behaviour.

We reserve the right to refuse admission without refund, and to alter or change the programme.

We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.

Bags may be searched on entry.

Members of the public attending events should be aware of all risks involved; consideration should be given to excessive exposure to sustained high noise levels.

Event organisers can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.

This ticket may not be re-sold without the express agreement of the promoter, and the title to this ticket remains with the promoter until payment has been received in full by the promoter, be aware of possible forgeries and only purchase tickets from authorised vendors, strict ticket checks will be in place at point of entry.
